Meet some of the team!
Kimberly Wachter Petty
President/CEO
Kim Petty is the Co-Founder and CEO of Onward. Prior to Onward, Kim served as the Chief Customer Officer at Royal Ambulance and Co-Founded ExperiaHealth (acquired by Vocera Communications). Known internally as the songbird of her generation, Kim frequently serenades her team with 80s HITS and occasionally early 90s rap. A certified LEAN Management Blackbelt, she was once excused from a real martial arts class when she tried to engage her opponent in a rap battle. Kim inspires her team with her lead by doing attitude and dedication to improving processes that make the lives of frontline healthcare workers easier.
Allison Jaros
Director of Operations
Allison leads the day to day operations overseeing the Companion Driver, Network Provider, and Concierge Teams. An avid traveler when Allison isn't supporting the movement of others, she's hitting the road herself.
Tangala Guy
Concierge Team Member
Tangala is one of the lovely voices you hear when you call the Onward Concierge Team. A graduate of CSU- East Bay, she loves getting to know riders and drivers and is a big advocate for the preferred driver feature. Tangala's guilty pleasures are Wienersnitzel and sushi, but not at the same time. Known locally as the Maya Angelou of her time, she can be found writing poems when she's not on the phone.
Eric Liddle
Director of Marketing
Eric has a hand in all things marketing and communications. He’s big on marketing campaigns, loves to tell stories with data, and enjoys a casual interview out in the Onward rider/driver community! He’s a big fan of optimism, wants nothing to do with caffeine, and when he’s not at his desk, can be found near the water: surfing, diving, or being judgemental of seals (which he considers underwater bears).
