Onward's current service area covers the Greater Phoenix Metro, encompassing Maricopa and Pinal County.
Companion Drivers are trained to offer assistance putting on jackets or shoes, help riders up or down stairs, and navigate safely into the vehicle - supporting the rider’s journey all the way - through the door of their destination.
Companion Drivers are trained to provide door-through-door assistance to riders and are perfect for one-off and recurring healthcare appointments like Dialysis.
